Having problems accessing the Outlook inbox for the generic library accounts, please try the following:

 

  • If you’ve noticed that no emails are sending or receiving, you will see that the Outlook icon in the taskbar has an exclamation mark:

     

 

  • If you see a Windows Security box asking for the generic library Password – enter the password and tick “Remember my credentials”

     

     

  • If you don’t see the box above, try clicking “Need Password in the bottom right of the Outlook screen:
