Liquidlogic System Support arrangement


The AfC Business System Team provides full support for the Liquid Logic system. Support is provided in the following ways: 

  • Business System Service Desk portal
  • Virtual support
  • User Guidance


Business System Service Desk portal


The Business Systems Service desk portal - support.achievingforchildren.org.uk - provides a range of resources to support you with your system use.


Service Desk homepage:



The portal contains helpful guides, general system information, and the ability to request support from the team. The Service Desk Portal should be your first point of contact if you need any help with any of the business systems, such as Liquid Logic, which AfC support.


You can use the search bar to look up Liquid Logic user guidance using a key word e.g. casenote.



Virtual support


The majority of the support the team offers is virtual, either via email, online meeting or the telephone. Providing support virtually allows us to support all staff equally over all sites between 9am - 5pm.


Our experienced service desk colleagues are happy to use the channel which best suits your needs, but we would request that the initial request for help comes via our Business Systems Service desk portal - support.achievingforchildren.org.uk.


By placing your request on the portal we can capture the information we need to help resolve your issue quickly and efficiently.


Also by logging your issue via the portal, if we have some user guides which we think might help solve your problem, you’ll be shown these as you place your request - 

hopefully saving you time.




User Guidance


Accessed via the Business Systems Service desk portal - support.achievingforchildren.org.uk - we provide specific user guidance on most areas of the Liquid Logic system.

1:1 support


If you have reviewed the published user guidance and still need help you can request a 1:1 support session on our service desk portal (available between 9am - 5pm)


These are delivered remotely via Google Meet and are intended to help with individual, specific issues.
