Go to the Office 365 icon , on your desktop.
Click the 9 dots, application launcher( top left hand corner).
Select Viva Insights
Or you may also find Viva Insights as an add-in in your Home ribbon in Outlook
Click the icon
From the toolbar, click Focus, set up the times you want to allocate for Focus time.
