  • Connecting you laptop to the i3Touch Screen will allow you to share the applications from your laptop and incorporate the use of the screens camera and speakers.
  • The Whiteboard functionality allows colleagues to work together and then later share the slides as a PDF using a QR code.

  • If when you plug in your laptop you have an Type C error, you may have to switch the screen from the mains and then switch back on. This should resolve the issue.

  • To avoid any data left on the I3Touch screens, once you exit create a new Board and say no to saving any previous boards.

My laptop is not connecting to the i360

Power off the i360 from the wall. Wait 10 Seconds and turn it back on.

 

My screen is being displayed on the i360, but the touch screen functionality is not working.

Check you are using the USB C cable.

 

Only USB C allow touch screen and audio play through ability.

I have both the HDMI and USB C cables plugged into my laptop.

Only use one cable at a time depending on your requirement. 

 

Only USB C will allow touch screen and audio play through ability.

When the HDMI cable is plugged in the touch screen facility does not work.

HDMI does not support interactive abilities such as Touch Screen.

Touch screen ability is only available when using the USB C connection.
