If your camera is not working in a Teams meeting:


  1. Check you are not working in the Farm
  2. If you are in Teams from your Laptop, check you have not put the slider on the camera ( the slider can be found where the lens sits in the lid of the laptop)
  3. Click the link below and follow the on screen instructions, allowing the website to access your camera.  https://www.onlinemictest.com/webcam-test/ 


If you camera is still not working there could be a fault with your camera and you will need to log a ticket.  Please add in the ticket that you have attempted these tests.
