Notes are very useful for a Teams meeting:


  • Before a meeting you can create and add meeting notes, agendas and @ mentioning attendees for attention to a particular point.
  • During the meeting you can add or create notes and if this is a reoccurring meeting the notes from previous meetings will be available and a separate section will be created for each meeting.
  • After a meeting you can still access notes from the channel where the meeting occurred.
