System would not allow date to be entered on Decision screen in Date Decision field - To resolve this issue - try clearing the fee required field - right click on it and choose 'clear field' then store the change. Come out of the module, go back in and re-enter £0.00 and click on the chevrons. This should create a payment record and allow you to enter the decision date
