If you have a fault with your Canon Multi-Functional Device (MFD), then you can get support from the Canon Helpdesk.

You can ring the Canon Call Centre on 0844 892 0844. You will be asked for two pieces of information:

• The Serial Number of the MFD

• The Model Number

This information should be on a notice by the printer.
