Junk folder

NB: Emails not recognised to the borough account, will automatically be dropped into the Junk folder. This is by design in Office 365.

Scroll down to the Junk folder (on the left of your screen).

Click onto the email, but don't open it.  

Right click do either of the following:

Select Move and then choose the folder you want to move the email to.

Select Report>Not Junk - this will move the email to your Inbox and report the email to the Security Team for awareness.  The system will now recognise the email is no junk, all future emails from this sender will come to your Inbox.  

Always check your Junk if you have not received an expected email.
