Archived email account
There are 2 inboxes in the archived email boxes.
To access the correct Inbox. The user will need to navigate to the ArchiveData folder and then press the expansion button. Below this is also an Inbox. This is the correct inbox and holds emails with attachments. The user is able to open any attachments here.
The other inbox in Archive is a bogus inbox.
