Emails will be archived after 2 years and moved to a folder called Online Archive - User Name
- You can view/access/respond emails from this folder.
- From the left hand pane in Outlook, Go to the bottom of the folder list.
- Expand the archived folder and navigate to the appropriate subfolder/email.
NB: Shared email accounts, do not have archived emails, because they do not hold a 365 licence.
