OneDrive for your phone:
Users may see two OneDrive accounts on their phones (Windows phones seem to have a OneDrive Personal already set up). This happened when the phones were first issued. This account is set up with your [email protected]. If you can, delete this account.
OneDrive for Business is the correct account
To add your work OneDrive for Business, and to be able to see your work OneDrive folder, access the OneDrive app on your phone and in settings, select add a new account, then continue to add the account, using your individual [email protected] user id. see the attached user guide for instructions.
OneDrive for Ipad:
Upload the OneDrive app from the Apple apps store. The OneDrive app is free. You will need to have your apple password. Once downloaded, login the OneDrive app using your individual [email protected] and your unique login password.
